Job Title: Field Sales Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and promoting our products/services in the field.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the field - Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets - Gather market intelligence and competitor information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales strategies - Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance
Requirements: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and time management skills - Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Industry-specific knowledge and experience
