Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, distributors, and shop owners within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct on-site visits to present product offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer support, addressing any product-related concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve product and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the companys lead generation team for scheduled meetings; no direct sales target.
  • Travel as required to client locations; travel allowance will be provided by the company.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry but not mandatory.
  • Strong Hindi communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as per job requirements.
  • Ability to work flexibly beyond standard hours if needed for client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
