Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, distributors, and shop owners within the assigned territory.
- Conduct on-site visits to present product offerings and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer support, addressing any product-related concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve product and service offerings.
- Collaborate with the companys lead generation team for scheduled meetings; no direct sales target.
- Travel as required to client locations; travel allowance will be provided by the company.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry but not mandatory.
- Strong Hindi communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per job requirements.
- Ability to work flexibly beyond standard hours if needed for client meetings.
