Role Overview:
We are looking for a positive attitude, enthusiastic and goal-driven Field Sales Representative to promote and sell subscriptions for CIPRA.ai at client locations. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can meet daily targets by engaging directly with potential customers at various sites, including clinics, hospitals and other locations where health-conscious individuals are present.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned client locations daily to promote CIPRA.ai's subscription service.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, providing them with information on the app's features and benefits.
- Understand customer health needs and customize presentations to show how CIPRA.ai can address their specific concerns related to hypertension and diabetes.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the sales and development teams to improve our product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, leads, and client interactions
Requirements:
- Proven field sales experience, ideally in the healthcare, wellness, or digital products industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate the value of a medical app effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel locally to client sites daily.
- Basic understanding of health and wellness, particularly in the areas of hypertension and diabetes, is a plus.
