Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail partnersto foster loyalty and long-term collaboration. Sales Target: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling ourfootwear products. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand competitors, market trends,and retailer needs. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market conditions,and customer feedback. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product information and industrytrends to provide accurate and relevant information to retailers.Qualifications Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade. Experience: Previous experience in field sales or retail sales is mandatory. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in using smartphones and basic applications for reporting.
