  • Monthly Salary | Pay Type: - Rs. 15000 - Rs. 25000 per month.
  • Overview:

As a Field Sales Executive in the audiovisual industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling audiovisual products and solutions to customers in designated geographic areas. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.

_Key Responsibilities:_
  • Sales Generation:
Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of audiovisual solutions.
  • Close sales deals by effectively addressing customer needs and objections.
Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice and guidance on audiovisual products and services.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Territory Management:
Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Plan and prioritize sales activities to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, technical support, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Communicate customer feedback, market insights, and sales opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on product developments and industry trends.
Compliance:
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions.

_Qualifications and Skills:_
  • Bachelor's in Electronic & Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Fresher with technical expertise and 1- 2 years experience in the _audio visual_ industry.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales/B2C sales, preferably in the audiovisual or technology industry.
Strong communication (English) , presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
