ABOUT THE ROLE BygC is looking for a Institutional Sales Executive, based at Bengaluru.
BygC is an early-stage EdTech Startup with a mission to bridge the skill gap in the BFSI industry & meet the career aspirations of both job & career aspirants.
As a Institutional Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for building partnerships & generating business from Colleges and Universities, educational institutions, offline coaching centers and other partnerships. The role will be an individual contributor role and will have large variable pay component with a huge potential for role-expansion/ elevation. The role will require significant travel, both within the city & in neighboring districts.
Responsibilities:
Plan sales strategy & be responsible for setting and meeting aggressive business targets
Tie-up with potential business partners, colleges & coaching centres with a view to generate a constant pool of candidates for our courses
Make presentations to students/ candidates
Do marketing & promotional activities at colleges etc.
Achieve aggressive revenue targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA.
Strong communications skills (English & Kannada)
Sales experience of minimum 1 years ( EdTech Preferred )
Demonstrated ability to work in startups, with demanding business targets

Pay: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
