• SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to meet targets with regard to fundraisers

Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment
Empathy to understand the needs of the clients/patients.
Proficiency in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Etc.)
Valuable insights for decision-making
Willingness to work for flexible hours on occasion to handle requests from clients
Fluency in Kannada in addition to Hindi and English is a must
Prior experience in the non-profit sector is a huge plus but not mandatory

• INTERVIEW PROCEDURE: 1 VIRTUAL ROUND AND FACE TO FACE (IF REQUIRED)

• ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Find patients who need funds as per the criteria defined by the company.

• Explain the concept of crowdfunding to them, Educate them about crowdfunding and Ketto's role in raising
  funds & help them create campaigns

• Interact with patients, and understand their financial needs.

• Help patients to create campaigns, write their story with relevant pictures, upload their documents

• Be available in your designated hospitals, create & maintain a relationship with Doctors/Medical Social
  Workers
  
• IMPORTANT CRITERIA:

The candidate should have their own bike.
Fluency in Kannada is required.
The candidate should either have a personal laptop or be willing to rent one.

Focus on candidates near the following hospitals and areas:

Aster RV Hospital, JP Nagar.
St. John's Hospital.
Apollo Bannerghatta.
Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology.
Manipal Hospital, HAL.

• Preferred areas: JP Nagar, Banashankari, Jayanagar.
