Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying and creating sales opportunities across the ASEAN, India, and Middle East regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with the ability to execute strategies that meet and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Identify, create, and close new business opportunities within the ASEAN, India, and Middle East regions.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability for targets and achievements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales processes, with the ability to close complex deals in a competitive environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
