Job Description

Kenon Adhesives is looking for Field Sales Person to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team
  • As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services in designated geographic areas
  • Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue, establish strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate terms of sales agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote its products or services

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a field sales role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Previous experience in the industry or familiarity with the product/service is a plus
