- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team
- As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services in designated geographic areas
- Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue, establish strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate terms of sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and promote its products or services
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a field sales role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Previous experience in the industry or familiarity with the product/service is a plus
