Role Overview: As a Field Sales Officer at SeaSoul Cosmetics, your primary responsibility will be to visit salons and promote our products. You'll build strong relationships with salon owners, understand their needs, and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

Salon Visits:

Regularly visit salons within your assigned territory.

Present Seasoul Cosmetics products to salon owners and staff.

Provide product demonstrations and training.

Sales and Relationship Building:

Identify sales opportunities and close deals.

Understand salon owners requirements and tailor solutions.

Build lasting relationships with salon professionals.

Market Intelligence:

Gather insights on competitor products and pricing.

Report market trends and customer feedback to management.

Targets and Reporting:

Meet sales targets set for salon channels.

Maintain accurate records of salon visits and sales activities.

Provide regular reports to your supervisor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proven sales experience, especially in a field sales role is plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.

Salary:

Fresher: 15k-20k

Experienced: 20k-30k

Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Andhra Pradesh, Kolkata, Guwahati, Madhya Pradesh
