Job Description

S. Meera Enterprise is looking for Field Sales Officer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • The Field Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales revenue by promoting and selling company products or services in designated territories
  • They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets
  • The Field Sales Officer will work closely with the sales team and report to the Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential customers
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and pricing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits, meetings, and presentations
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about the features and benefits of company products or services
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales agreements to close deals and secure new business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts, share market feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other sales-related documentation as required
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers
  • Attend sales meetings, trainings, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus
  • experience in field sales or a similar role, preferably in the same industry or related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales objectives
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape


  • Basic Knowledge of Computer and MS Office.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, Listening & Communication Skills
  • Preferred Experience in Financial Industry.
  • Graduate from any stream.
  • Must Have own Bike & Smart Phone.
