The Job:
As a Field Sales Associate, you'll work with T&O Commercial team working and you'll get to:
- Responsible for sales of in assigned territory in close coordination with ASM/BM
- Execute sales processes on sales calls/territory mapping/key account mapping/coverage etc.
- Relentlessly drive sales in both primary and secondary channels.
- Responsible for Product demos at Customer sites
- Assist to deploy and execute promotions and other market initiatives in the territory.
- Relentlessly execute to grow the territory in terms of sales and profitability.
- Expand the consumer base.
The Person:
You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You're not intimidated by innovation. Wouldn't it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good In fact, you embrace it. You also have:
- BTech (tier 2 institutes) and/or Diploma holder from good institutes (alongwith good performance in 10 & 12)
- Stream - Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electrical-Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Production
- Qualification - first class (min 60%)
- Fulltime course
- Either freshers, or with max 2-years workex
- Strong orientation to sales, field job
- Active in Extracurricular (placecoms, organizing events, etc.)
