- Monitor and manage expenses related to sales activities, such as travel and entertainment expenses, within budgetary constraints.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the strategies and activities of competitors in the market to stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints or issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs provided by the organization to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
