Job Description: As an On-Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales of our banking loan products. You will play a key role in identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of the banking loan sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and approach potential customers for banking loan products. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various channels.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements. Present and explain banking loan products to prospective customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
