• Position: Field Sales Officer

• Location: Indore

• Job Type: Full-time

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the cosmetics industry

• Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory

• Identify and prospect new customers, retailers, and distributors to drive product distribution and sales growth

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster long-term partnerships and enhance brand loyalty

• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional activities to educate customers and drive product adoption

Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates to management

• Requirements:

Proven track record of success in field sales, with a focus on the cosmetics industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends and customer insights

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
