Job Description

1. Sales and Business Development:

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Generate Leads: Identify and prospect new sales opportunities within assigned territories.

Market Penetration: Expand the companys presence in the market through effective outreach and sales strategies.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Client Retention: Implement strategies to retain and grow existing customer accounts.
3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Present Products/Services: Demonstrate and present company products or services to clients.

Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.
4. Market Analysis:

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and market insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs, sales progress, and forecasts.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
6. Coordination and Communication:

Internal Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to align sales efforts and address client needs.

Team Meetings: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.
7. Territory Management:

Territory Planning: Manage and organize a sales territory efficiently to maximize coverage and opportunities.

Travel: Travel within the designated territory to meet clients, attend events, and conduct sales activities.
8. Compliance and Ethics:

Adhere to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines in all sales activities.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that sales practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
