Qualifications And Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of successful experience in sales management, preferably in the FnB or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets within the FnB or hospitality sectors.
• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a network of industry contacts.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a deep understanding of market dynamics in FnB and hospitality.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives, focusing on FnB and hospitality clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other hospitality partners.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the FnB and hospitality sectors.
• Deliver comprehensive and insightful sales reports, tracking market trends and competitors in the FnB space.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective sales strategies and promotional activities tailored to the hospitality market.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service, particularly for hospitality clients.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential market segments in the FnB industry.

Pay: 10,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
