Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager (Sales) - Field Sales

Job Location: Nagerbazar (kolkata) / Ranihati (Howrah)

Salary: 20k-25k CTC/month

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager (Sales) with 2-3 years of direct field sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and overseeing field sales operations to ensure the branch achieves its revenue goals. This role requires a proactive approach to market opportunities and strong communication skills to effectively support and lead the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Target Achievement: Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies.

* Customer Acquisition: Identify, engage, and acquire potential customers through direct field sales activities, fostering long-term relationships.

* Market Expansion: Expand customer base by identifying new sales opportunities, conducting market research, and assessing competitors.

* Sales Team Support: Assist in guiding and supporting the field sales team to optimize performance and achieve individual and collective sales goals.

* Lead Management: Ensure proper follow-up on sales leads and provide accurate reporting of sales activities and pipeline status.

* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with key customers, handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Sales Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Area Manager.

* Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of direct field sales experience.

* Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

* Attributes: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
