Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Sales Executive located in Jaipur. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting sales activities, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
o Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding properties.
o Provide information about available properties, market trends, and pricing.
o Arrange property viewings and guide clients through the property selection process.
2. Sales & Negotiation:
o Negotiate property prices, terms, and closing dates on behalf of clients.
o Present competitive offers and handle objections to close deals effectively.
3. Lead Generation & Networking:
o Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
o Maintain and build relationships with past clients for repeat business and referrals.
4. Market Research:
o Stay updated with local market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
o Provide clients with up-to-date information to help them make informed decisions.
5. Documentation & Contracts:
o Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
o Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
6. Customer Support:
o Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
o Assist clients with post-sale queries and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
7. Sales Targets:
o Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
o Report on sales progress and performance to management regularly.
8. Property Marketing:
o Promote properties through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and property listing services.
o Create compelling property listings and advertisements.
