- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Provide customers with product and service information and resolve customer complaints.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in the computer sales and service industry.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sales or IT will be an added advantage.
