Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential jewellery retailers within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellery retailers, understanding their needs and promoting our application as a solution.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our application to prospective clients.
Enroll jewellery retailers onto our platform and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Regularly follow up with enrolled retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat orders.
Provide timely and accurate feedback to the management team regarding sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the jewellery industry. Freshers with a strong interest in jewellery sales are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Preferred Educational
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in any sector.
