Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories. Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, schools, and colleges. Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate Talrops products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide feedback to help tailor our offerings and strategies. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
Customer Engagement: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in educational or institutional sales. Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Knowledge: Familiarity with educational products and solutions is a plus. Understanding of the local market and institutional sales dynamics in Kerala.
Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
