Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify potential customers through market research, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for sales opportunities across city/state/country.
- Presentation: Conduct sales presentations showcasing the features and value of the company's gearbox products.
- Proposal Development: Create customized sales proposals and quotes to meet customer needs.
- Negotiation: Maximize revenue by negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.
- Customer Relations: Regularly visit customers, address concerns, and provide technical support.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Payment Management: Ensure timely client payments as per committed terms.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Requisite Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
