Sales and Business Development:- Identify and target potential clients within assigned territory for hardware and software products.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Client Relationship Management:
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Handle client queries and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.Market Research and Strategy:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the sales manager.- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Team Collaboration:- Work closely with the internal sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the hardware and software industry.- Strong understanding of hardware and software products, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Experience in selling IT solutions, hardware, and software to SMEs and large enterprises.
- Knowledge of local market and industry networks.
