Job Overview

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to join our team at RankBloc Services. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in field sales or outside sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience with forecasting and costing
  • Knowledge of market analysis and customer behavior
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
  • Present and demonstrate company products and services to potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
