Job Overview

Vacancy Open : 2 (1 for Storage Rack and 1 for Cable Tray)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Ramdev Steel Industries. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales revenue for our cable trays, unit strut, and storage racks products. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and the employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the manufacturing, engineering, or Storage Rack industry for Storage Rack Sales Position (1st Vacancy)
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the manufacturing, engineering, or Cable Tray industry for Cable Tray Sales Position (2nd Vacancy)
  • Strong knowledge of storage racks products (1st Vacancy)
  • Strong knowledge of Cable Tray products (2nd Vacancy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities or challenges
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to improve product offerings
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand customer base
