territory, by promoting Colocloud products imaging and Chemical.
Should Possess effective account management skills, technical competency and
provide market information (MIS) on a timely basis
Responsible for achieving revenue quarterly, Half Yearly and Annualy
Ensure coverage of all accounts on the basis of customer segmentation within
territory in agreement with the manager to maintain optimum level of exposure and
effective time management.
Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities.
Responsible for identifying the hospitals/doctors and driving customer engagement
activities, market development initiatives such as , Project Engage, Go Direct, KAM &
Ecom . To create awareness about products and solutions.
Communicate marketing plans / intelligence/competitor activity promptly, including
potential sales leads, and information regarding product price or account activity to
the Manager or appropriate company personnel.
Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the
company's products and provide the information in agreed format on weekly basis to
manager
Would be responsible for maintaining productive relationships with customers.
Acquiring knowledge about processes in the organization.
Undertake distributor reviews in terms of understanding stock availability, daily co-
ordination with distributors and monitor distributor customer relationship.
Develop and maintain accurate account and territory record.
Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example: expense reports,
account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, etc.)
Increase market penetration through gaining new customers and developing
customer relationships in defined market segments and assigned territory.
Regularly visit existing customers and maintain network of key opinion leaders,
through clinical trials, post sales training etc. to achieve the assigned AOP
Provide market and competitor information to feed the targeting, pricing and product
development processes.
Contribute to the enhancement of team through positive participation in training,
sales meetings, exhibitions and other company functions.
Create monthly, quarterly and annual sales strategies. Contribute to the development
of the annual sales plan for assigned territory.
Provide accurate and timely reports and records, and constantly review and update
database.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor in Pharmacy / Biology / or any Science Graduate.
MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred
Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in Concept Selling/ Medical Product Selling is
preferred.
Experience of Direct and Distribution Sales Management
Willing to travel extensively
Nice to Have
Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation.
Experience in Radiology devices or relevant experience with good communication
skill.
Strong grasp on the market and understanding around the complexities, competition,
customer preferences etc
Ability to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set
of challenges
Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to
develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.
Should be, assertive, and can collaborate with various stakeholders within the
organization
Ability to quickly revector and improvise the business model if the current model is
not yielding desired results
