Job Overview
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets through direct selling. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in the IT industry
- Junior level: 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of B2B sales and direct selling techniques
- Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Roles and Responsibilites
Identify New Sales Leads.
Must Have Laptop ( Optional) And Own Vehicle
Field Sales
Prospect For New Clients By Networking.
Cold Calling.
Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
