Job Description

  1. Prospect and Lead Generation:
  2. Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  4. Customer Consultation:
  5. Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions.
  6. Educate customers on the environmental and financial benefits of solar power.
  7. Sales Presentations:
  8. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solar energy solutions.
  9. Address customer questions, concerns, and objections.
  10. Quotation and Proposal Generation:
  11. Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for solar power installations.
  12. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements.
  13. Negotiation and Closing:
  14. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with customers.
  15. Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
  16. Relationship Building:
  17. Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  18. Cultivate and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
  19. Market Intelligence:
  20. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and solar energy regulations.
  21. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.
  22. Qualifications:

  23. Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA
  24. Proven track record in field sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  25. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  26. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  27. Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits is a plus.
  28. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  29. Ability to travel within the designated sales territory.
  30. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
