Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling network devices and solutions in the local market, colleges, and universities in Chandigarh. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on building relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads within the education, IT & Govt sectors.
- Visit colleges, universities, and local businesses to present and sell our range of network devices.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales deals.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or a related role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
- Willingness to travel locally across Chandigarh and nearby areas.
- Knowledge of network devices (routers, switches, etc.) is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
