Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Organize and execute on-site marketing events, product demonstrations, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Market Research: Collect insights about local market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers to drive sales, build loyalty, and gather feedback.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify key prospects, provide product information, and help convert leads into sales.
- Brand Representation: Ensure consistent, positive representation of the brand at events and in interactions with customers and partners.
- Local Partnerships: Develop relationships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to help promote the brand and increase market penetration.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track the effectiveness of field marketing activities, gather data on campaign success, and provide reports to senior marketing or sales teams.
- Promotional Material Distribution: Distribute marketing materials, samples, and promotional offers to potential customers and partners.
- Budget Management: Manage allocated budgets for field marketing activities, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of the local market and target demographics.
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C environment.
