Sales Monitoring and Opportunity Identification:
- Actively monitor sales opportunities by understanding client requirements and their order placement cycles to optimize sales efforts and increase order volumes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of swatches, fabrics, and their pricing to promptly assist clients and facilitate decision-making.
Client Relationship Management:
- Stay actively connected with existing clients, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-ups to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Provide exceptional service that addresses clients specific needs in the textiles sector.
Competitive Analysis:
- Regularly analyze competitors and their offerings to understand market dynamics and positioning.
- Share insights from competitive analysis during team meetings to inform and adjust sales strategies.
Coordination with Sales Support:
- Monitor and collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to ensure that sales support activities like the preparation of swatch cards and product samples are timely and meet client expectations.
- Ensure that all promotional materials are accurate and effectively communicate the value of the products.
