Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Trainee to join our field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling market visits for lead generation, meeting sales targets for multiple payment solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule market visits for lead generation.
- Meet sales targets for various payment solutions such as QR code, Sound Box, EDC/card swipe machine, point of sales software, insurance, and other financial products.
- Deploy products and articulate their benefits and best practices at client locations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, leading to higher sales conversions and retention.
- Gather consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves, providing feedback for product enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
