Job Responsibilities:- Identify and target new business opportunities and potential clients within the building materials, chemicals, and sanitary ware sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Analyze market data and adjust sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company's product range and effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements and contracts.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to close sales and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing any queries or issues promptly.- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any post-sale concerns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transaction details.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in industrial sales, with a focus on building materials, chemicals, sanitary ware, or similar products.
Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.
