Job Title: Sales Executive - Distributor/Franchise ManagementWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to oversee and expand our network of distributors and franchisees. The ideal candidate will excel in managing existing partnerships while proactively identifying and onboarding new distributors/franchisees. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to foster lasting relationships in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Existing Partner Management:
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with current distributors/franchisees, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide ongoing support, promotional materials, and training to maximize sales.
New Partner Acquisition:
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for new distributorship/franchise opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for prospecting, pitching, and onboarding new partners.
Strategic Planning:
- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work closely with the legal team to draft, review, and finalize contracts.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for distributor/franchisee performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, intervening as needed to address underperformance.
Training and Development:
- Organize training sessions for partners to ensure a comprehensive understanding of products, sales techniques, and brand values.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning to keep partners updated on industry trends.
Market Feedback and Reporting:
- Gather feedback from partners and the market to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare regular reports detailing partner performance, market insights, and areas for strategic enhancement.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and support for partners.
- Provide feedback to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the distribution/franchise industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
