We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, experience in fieldwork, and a strong understanding of IT services, including ERP systems, website development, and other digital solutions. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients to generate new business and expand our customer base.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities by conducting market research and cold calling.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and field visits.Field Sales and Client Meetings:
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present and promote our IT services, including ERP solutions, website development, and other digital offerings.
- Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to effectively communicate the value of our services.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and features of our IT services.- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Collaboration and Coordination:- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to attract new clients.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and effective delivery of services and solutions.Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales and product development teams to help refine service offerings.
Strong knowledge of IT services, including ERP systems, website development, and digital solutions.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and a strong desire to succeed.
