Job Description

  1. Finding and retaining clients (Through Cold Callings), building relationships, finding new potential services to offer and expanding the company's customer base to new markets.
  2. Conducting extensive market research, Identify potential clients, analyse market trends
  3. Build relationships with clients, encourage them to purchase additional products or features.
  4. Develop and execute sales plans, and track sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  5. Need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to multitas
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives and translate them into actionable Sales plans
  7. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential opportunities for sales
