The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting
various shops, introducing them to our app, Pice, and providing a comprehensive demo. This role includes technical support and ensuring that shop owners understand and can effectively use the app.
Key Responsibilities
- Shop Visits:
- Visit assigned shops within the New Delhi area.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with shop owners and staff.
- App Introduction:
- Introduce the Pice app to shop owners, explaining its features and benefits.
- Highlight the unique selling points and value propositions of the app.
- Product Demonstration:
- Provide a detailed and engaging demo of the Pice app.
- Ensure shop owners understand how to download, install, and use the app effectively.
- Technical Support:
- Assist shop owners with any technical issues or queries related to the app.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from shop owners regarding their experience with the app.
- Report feedback and any issues to the technical team for continuous improvement.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for app downloads and active users.
- Strive to exceed targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot common app issues.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with mobile applications and their functionalities.
- Willingness to travel within New Delhi.
