Field Sales Executive (Healthcare)
The Field Sales Executive (Healthcare IT Product) will be responsible for driving sales and market expansion of our cutting-edge healthcare IT solutions. This role involves travel to engage with potential clients, demonstrate our products, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
Negotiate terms and conditions to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive landscape.
Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and strategic opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Collaborate with the product development team to relay client feedback and market demands.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in healthcare IT or a related industry.
Skills and Competencies:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of healthcare IT products and their applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively).
