Job Description

We are seeking a smart, dynamic, energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products to potential customers and building and maintaining relationships with customers. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and proven selling skills, we want to hear from you.
  • Responsibilities:
Visiting the Point of Sales within the defined area and verifying that products are available and properly placed, that prices are visible and that advertising materials are in the right place, at the right time and in the correct quantity.
  • Good knowledge about where to sell the product.
Ensures that awareness of the company and company products
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Influencing sales and supporting the client in communicating catalog, placement optimization, promotions and driving the innovative sales approach
Building up and maintaining relationships with customer counterparts in the field
  • Communicating all activities to stores to ensure their implementation
Reporting and communicating store activity evolution
  • Reporting the performance of trade field activities and the accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements and retail price trends.
  • Education Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Willing to travel to districts of MP and CG.
Having your own vehicle is a must.
  • Fresher or Experience in [Audiovisual industry ] is a plus.

  • 00 - 20,000.00 per month
