Job Description
- Proactively seek and onboard new stores, expanding the companys reach and market presence.
- Conduct regular store visits to foster strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth.
- Efficiently manage and book follow up orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Supervision of Stock delivery as per route plan.
- Supervision of Daily stock loading from warehouse and updation of same
- Supervision of distributor & retail inventory & stock-age etc during field visits
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up with clients to ensure prompt settlement of invoices, contributing to healthy cash flow.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their questions and concerns by collaborating with various departments if needed.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to provide a seamless experience for clients.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the companys products and services to communicate their value propositions to clients effectively.
- Showcase a commitment to exceeding sales targets and contribute to achieving the companys revenue objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to the management & the team to refine sales strategies.
- Conducting promotional events & marketing activations in conjunction with the internal teams
- Managing the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketing and sales
- Minimum High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
- FMCG sales experience or Food industry background is a mandatory requirement
- Have own vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidate should have a sales background
- Open to travel in allocated area
