Job Description

  • Proactively seek and onboard new stores, expanding the companys reach and market presence.
  • Conduct regular store visits to foster strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Efficiently manage and book follow up orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervision of Stock delivery as per route plan.
  • Supervision of Daily stock loading from warehouse and updation of same
  • Supervision of distributor & retail inventory & stock-age etc during field visits
  • Monitor payment schedules and follow up with clients to ensure prompt settlement of invoices, contributing to healthy cash flow.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their questions and concerns by collaborating with various departments if needed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to provide a seamless experience for clients.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the companys products and services to communicate their value propositions to clients effectively.
  • Showcase a commitment to exceeding sales targets and contribute to achieving the companys revenue objectives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to the management & the team to refine sales strategies.
  • Conducting promotional events & marketing activations in conjunction with the internal teams
  • Managing the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in marketing and sales
  • Minimum High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • FMCG sales experience or Food industry background is a mandatory requirement
  • Have own vehicle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidate should have a sales background
  • Open to travel in allocated area
