About the Role:
EarthFokus is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a natural talent for sales and a passion for sustainability. The successful candidate will drive sales, build client relationships, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Drive the sales process from inquiry to close, maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and product effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and events.
- Actively participate in sustainability events and workshops, both to learn and to represent the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High energy level and enthusiasm.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in a similar industry (water-saving fixtures, plumbing fixtures) is a plus.
- Passion for water conservation and sustainability.
