Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Field Sales Executive to market our cutting-edge SaaS platform to various legislative bodies, including the High Court, District Court, and Supreme Court of Delhi. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving the adoption of our platform among legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the legal industry, including lawyers and law firms.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively market our SaaS platform to legislative bodies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the High Court, District Court, and Supreme Court of Delhi.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide comprehensive presentations to prospective clients.
- Achieve specific sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the legal or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and its unique requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting salary: Rs 10,000 - Rs 20,000 per month.
- Quarterly salary hikes during the first year, leading to an annual salary of up to Rs 12 Lakhs by the end of the year.
- Performance-based incentives with specific targets. Achieving targets will earn you substantial quarterly benefits, which can go as high as Rs 3,00,000 per quarter.
