Roles and Responsibilities

1.Understand the customer space and requirements and provide the complete solution for colours, designs and dcor incorporating existing features of their homes

2.Work with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of products& designs for their home dcor makeover.

3. Consult customers by creating a stress free and enjoyable experience for dcor selection.

4. Upgrade the customers to better & high quality product

5. Consult the customers for complete basket of solutions and products for best results

6. Consult the customers for the complete painting and dcor solutions through on time painting service available at the store

7. Actively take on any task, activity or project in-line with the store requirements

8. Daily reporting of the activities and consultations at the store through proper mediums.

9. Maintaining any other reports / formats as mandated by asian paints

Salary: 22k Gross+ Travel Allowance + Incentives and other employee benefits

Work Location : Chennai

Age Limit : 26 or below
