Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address customer concerns or objections in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a B2B or industrial sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in the relevant industry or sector.
  • Sales training or certification.
