Job Description: Field Sales Executive (IT Industry - Software Sales)
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. This position is ideally suited for individuals who are passionate about the IT industry, eager to learn, and excel in client communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our software solutions.
- Explore the market to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to inform strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and development, to ensure alignment in sales strategies and product offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives, demonstrating consistent performance and exceeding client expectations.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Perform pure B2B sales activities including cold visits for lead generation, end-to-end sales, and prospect generation.
Qualifications:
- Formal education up to 12th grade is acceptable; candidates fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi possessing strong sales and persuasive skills, and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
- Passion for the IT industry and willingness to learn about software development and technology trends.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales or client-facing roles (preferred but not required).
- Extraordinary convincing and sales skills; super sales and growth enthusiast.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
