Job Description

The role requires the person to achieve sales excellence , strategically expand market reach , and surpass revenue goals by proactively identifying the new buyers and building the strong relationships and delivering exceptional service

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of targets.
  • Ensure productivity of the sales.
  • Support the RTL in achieving the targets.
  • Monitor and achieve targets.
  • Identify and pass leads to TSA for potential buyers in their respective regions.
  • Plan forward on both supply and demand necessary to achieve targets.
  • Report on a quarterly, monthly, and daily basis progress against targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key buyers in their regions.
  • Work with the broader team to resolve buyer complaints.
  • Encourage buyers to bid on the platform.
  • Educate and sell the Blubirch value proposition to buyers.
  • Should be able to function as individual contributor.
Must haves (Skills)
  • Experience in b2b field / direct sales in laptop, phone, consumer electronics, fashion, heavy & bulk electronics, large and small appliances, kitchen appliances will be an added advantage.
  • Should have good networks of buyers in the market.
  • Should be an active listener and a confident business acumen.
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to build sustain teams.
Qualifications
  • 3-6 Years of experience in b2b field sales /channel sales/distribution sales / dealer sales from any of our product category listings.
  • Good communicator,presentation skills, and negotiation skills.
Good to have / Competitive Edge
  • 10+2 / Graduate with 3-6 Years of experience in relevant industry.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
