We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with clients in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in field sales and a proven track record of meeting sales targets in the Indian job market context.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the
assigned territory.
Identify and prioritize target accounts and key decision-makers within healthcare facilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and
requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of
our medical devices.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer
support, to support customer needs and drive sales growth.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve win-win outcomes.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, and attend conferences, trade
shows, and other industry events
