We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales of our innovative Audio-Visual products to corporate clients in the Gurugram (Gurgaon) area. You will build relationships with key decision-makers like IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, and IT Procurement In-charges, showcasing our solutions and securing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets for Audio Visual products.
- Conduct prospecting research to identify potential corporate clients in Greater Noida West.
- Schedule and conduct effective sales meetings with IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, and IT Procurement In-charges.
- Understand client needs and deliver compelling presentations showcasing how your Audio-Visual solutions can solve their challenges.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to company pricing and terms.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing and new clients.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate Degree (freshers can apply).
- Strong sales drive and a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets (prior sales experience a plus, but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and a reliable bike is mandatory.
- Possession of a personal laptop suitable for work purposes is required.
- Knowledge of Audio-Visual products and technologies (a plus).
- Understanding of IT purchasing processes (a plus).
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: 12,000 - 18,000 per month (fixed) + attractive incentive package based on performance.
