Experienced Business development engineer Since 1970 Blain hydraulics has specialized in the design and manufacture of the finest and safest control valves for hydraulic Elevators. With more than 35% of the global market share, Blain products are exported from Germany to more than 75 countries. Blain is looking to expand its techno-commercial team for strengthening its leading position and expand its market in the Indian vertical transportation industry. Overview: The candidate will lead Blain in marketing and sales pan India. Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales. Establish, maintain and expand customer base. Provide technical training, make presentations, deliver seminars and provide onsite technical support wherever required. Conduct market research, identify new market openings build up distribution network. Requirements: BE Mechanical with 2-4 years B2B experience possibly in vertical transportation industry Should be very strong and dynamic in marketing and acquiring new accounts Should possess sound technical knowhow in hydraulics (hydraulics elevators preferable) Posses excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills Should be in position to work independently and develop customer-focused solutions. Adapts and executes quickly to changing business conditions Ability to manage multiple projects with good business sense Good IT, budget and report writing skillsets. Knowledge of fabrication, assembly of hydraulic equipment and electrical Place of work: Thane / Bhiwandi; India | Travel PAN India | occasionally for training at Company HQ in Germany.
